Magical Natural Viagra: If You Like To Have Long And Fantastic Erection Use These Products

Gudrun Howell · March 31, 2017 ·

Bananas are one of the most popular fruits in the world, and there’s a good reason why. They are delicious and rich in numerous essential nutrients that can satiate you and boost your energy levels. However, science has found another reason to enjoy bananas even more – according to new studies, the tropical fruit can significantly improve your libido as well.

There are many foods that can improve your potency and sex life such as bananas, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and celery, but there are also foods that can reduce your libido and your sexual performance. Below you can see a list of both – foods which will increase your sexual desire, and those who will make you a poor lover. Here’s what foods you should eat and what to avoid if you want to be a beast in bed:

Natural “viagras”

1. Pumpkin and sunflower seeds

Both seeds are rich in zinc which can improve your sperm quality and boost your testosterone as well. They are also rich in healthy fats which are great for your reproductive health.

2. Celery

You may not be aware of it, but celery is a natural aphrodisiac. It can boost the production of testosterone in your body and dilate your blood vessels, which will result in better blood flow and a stronger sex drive, as well as a powerful orgasm.

3. Bananas

As we mentioned before, bananas are great for your libido. They contain a lot of vitamin B which will boost your sexual performance and reduce stress. It also contains tryptophan, a compound that can boost your serotonin production as well as potassium, which can increase the production of sex hormones. Finally, the fruit contains bromelain, an essential libido-boosting enzyme.

Enemies of erection

1. Buttercup chips

Although delicious, buttercup chips can seriously ruin your sex drive. If you’re expecting a wild night in the bedroom, avoid consuming them previously. Buttercup chips are rich in fat which can negatively affect your circulation and testosterone, and the high salt content will increase your blood pressure and cause erectile dysfunction and digestive problems.

2. Hot dogs

Sorry, guys – if you want to be a real stud, you need to stop eating hot dogs. Hot dogs and sausages are rich in saturated fats that can clog your arteries and reduce your blood flow, effectively resulting in decreased libido. If you want to enjoy a great night with your partner, avoid having them prior to the sex. Hot dogs are made of low-grade meat, which can also increase inflammation in your body and cause hormonal imbalance, so maybe you should avoid them altogether.

3. Snacks and sweets

If you’re feeling hungry before having sex, grab a banana instead of chocolate bars and sweets. They may cause an immediate blood sugar spike, but you will experience a powerful sugar crash later which will make you even hungrier than before.

4. Spearmint

Using mints to freshen up your breath before sex is a bad idea. Spearmint can reduce your testosterone levels and ruin your sexual performance, so brush your teeth instead.
