Lose 12 Pounds in One Week With This Weird Egg Diet | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · February 2, 2017 ·

Eggs are often part of different diets.

They are very beneficial because they provide essential vitamins and minerals to the body, but also because they create a sense of fullness and have positive influence on the metabolism.

If you undertake this egg diet, you will lose 12 pounds in just a week, but only if you strictly adhere to the menu offered in this diet.

This is the menu for the 7 days Eggs Diet!

Monday:

Breakfast: 2 oranges, 2 boiled eggs and a cup of low-fat sour milk

Lunch: 200 g of boiled chicken (skinless) and a cup of yogurt

Dinner: 150 g of boiled chicken without skin, an orange and one boiled egg

Tuesday:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and lemon juice from 1 lemon

Lunch: 150 g of fish, roasted and one grapefruit

Dinner: 3 boiled eggs (hard-boiled)

Wednesday:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs (hard-boiled) and a cup of water and lemon mixture made of one freshly squeezed lemon and warm water

Lunch: 200 g of boiled beef and one grapefruit

Dinner: 3 boiled eggs (hard-boiled)

Thursday:

Breakfast: meal made from 3 scrambled eggs, dill, parsley and onion

Lunch: a portion of seasonal vegetables salad and 150 g of boiled chicken

Dinner: 2 oranges and 1 hard-boiled egg

Friday:

Breakfast: hall 2 hard-boiled eggs, a tablespoon of sour cream and 2 carrots

Lunch: 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice and 2 carrots

Dinner: 1 boiled egg and 100 g of boiled fish

Saturday:

Breakfast: a cup of freshly squeezed citrus juice and 150 g of low-fat yogurt

Lunch: 2 grapefruits and 2 boiled eggs

Dinner: just water

Sunday:

Breakfast: half a grapefruit and two boiled eggs

Lunch: an orange and 200g of beef

Dinner: just water

When the diet is over, you should begin eating normally. Still, there are certain types of food you should consume in the first couple of days: eggs, oranges, grapefruits, cheese, and after that slowly start returning to the old way of eating you had before starting this diet.

However, we recommend that you control your food intake after you start eating the old way, in order to avoid the yo-yo effect.

Also, don’t take this eggs diet more than once a month.
