IF YOU WANT A FLAT STOMACH, STAY AWAY FROM THE SIX FOLLOWING FOODS YOU PROBABLY CONSUME DAILY | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · July 20, 2018 ·

With summer already in full swing, many people are disappointed about not reaching their weight loss goals. If you are one of them, you shouldn’t worry – we’ll show you a few simple tips that will melt your belly in just a short time so you can enjoy your time on the beach!

In order to lose belly fat, you’ll need to drink plenty of water and pay attention to what you eat. The foods you eat need to be rich in protein, and you should avoid starchy foods which can make you gain weight. Here are the tips that will reduce your belly in a week:

  1. Avoid milk and dairy products

Milk causes bloating and excess gasses, so it’s not really a good idea to drink it when you’re trying to lose weight. Instead of milk, take some hard cheese or a cup of yogurt every day.

  1. Eliminate carbs from your diet

As we already mentioned, you should avoid starchy and carb-rich foods and eat foods rich in protein.

Foods rich in sodium will make your body retain fluids, which can result in bloating and other digestive problems.

Fruits are healthy, but some of them (apples and pears) are rich in fructose which the stomach can’t process properly.

  1. Avoid sugar, processed foods, alcohol and coffee

All these foods and beverages are responsible for the accumulation of fat in your belly, which is why you need to stay away from them. Big amounts of coffee, sugar and alcohol are not good for your overall health as well, so you might be better off without them.

Spicy food can cause increased acid secretion in the stomach which may result in numerous digestive problems. Instead of hot, make sure to use mild spices in your meals.
