Do you sometimes have a problem with excessive sweating and unpleasant body odors, and no particular reason for that? Maybe the problem is in the foods you eat. The most common foods that cause unpleasant odors are the following…

Alcohol

In addition it has a negative impact on our health; alcohol can be credited for the unpleasant body odors. When you drink alcohol, most of it passes through the liver, but about ten percent of the body is thrown through perspiration, urine and bad breath and causes increased sweating.

Onion

It is extremely sturdy and ideal for the treatment of colds, but when you eat it, its smell is coming from all the pores of your body.

Meat

One of the studies in Prague showed that vegans have less of a problem with unpleasant body odor than people that often consume meat.

Beetroot, spinach

Foods filled with methyl, such as spinach, beet and soya products, are releasing trimethylamine, secreted by the sweat, and with an uncomfortable smell.
