How to Repair Your Kidneys Naturally Using Baking Soda | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · February 18, 2018 ·

People are using baking soda for many things, including cooking, cleaning, preparing homemade toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo and especially medicinal practices in which the baking soda shows great results.

Baking soda is also known as sodium bicarbonate which is a white rigid crystalline chemical compound, but it usually can be found as a fine powder. It has an alkaline and salty flavor. Baking soda has been used by the ancient Egyptians for making paint that has been used for writing the hieroglyphics. Back in 1846, John Dwight and Austin Church, two bakers from New York established the very first factory developing baking soda.

Baking soda has many purposes today and it is used for variety of things from cleaning to medicinal practices.

Uses:

Combining baking soda with water will result with an effective antacid.

You can treat allergic reactions from poison ivy or sumac with a paste prepared from water and baking soda.

Baking soda is very efficient for elimination of splinters.

Baking soda is one of the most beneficial ingredients for our health. The pancreas is the organ charged for the production of bicarbonate. It protects our kidneys.

People who suffer from kidney disease have low bicarbonate levels and this condition is also known as metabolic acidosis.

“Switching a sodium bicarbonate solution for saline infusion prior to administration of radiocontrast material seems to decrease the incidence of nephropathy,” explains Dr. Thomas P. Kennedy.

Professor Magdi Yaqob stated:

‘It is wonderful.’

‘This is the first randomized controlled research of its type.’

‘This simple remedy can be very effective if used properly.’

Out of 134 test subjects who suffer from advanced kidney disease and metabolic acidosis, a randomly selected group consumed a tablet day by day which was made of a little measure of sodium bicarbonate for one year. The kidney capacities of these subjects diminished at a normal rate just like ordinary aging. These subjects also were more averse to needed dialysis. This group experienced 2/3 slower decay of wellbeing than the other group that wasn’t treated in this way.

This research proves that baking soda can be very beneficial for the people who suffer from kidney failure. But the dose must be controlled and supervised- explains professor Magdi.

‘This inexpensive and simple method also enhances patients’ nutritional well-fare and is capable of improving the quality of life and the clinical results that can exclude the requirement of dialysis.’
