How to overcome bloated stomach in just a few hours? | Healthy Life Vision

Bloated stomach can sometimes destroy our plans and to change our mind not to wear a tight dress or a t-shirt…

But with the help of these tricks you can beat flatulence in a few hours.

Lemonade

If you have a few hours available before going out, squeeze a fresh lemon and mix it with water and add a little cayenne pepper.

Hot spices

Cayenne pepper is a great spice that stimulates digestion and reduces flatulence. In a drink by your choice add one teaspoon of this spice and wait for the results.

Curcuma

Just like cayenne pepper also curcuma is great to reduce the abdominal flatulence. You can purchase curcuma as a powder and put a teaspoon of it in any beverage.

 Coconut water

To hydrate the body and to discard any toxins which cause the occurrence of flatulence you must drink more fluids. Coconut water because of the nutrients it contains, it performs much better than ordinary drinking water.

Ginger

Ginger is one of the main ingredients used to get rid of bloated stomach as soon as possible. You can make fresh juice, tea or smoothie, and if you have spasms, thanks to ginger they will disappear.

Mint tea

If you want to drink something extra, despite coconut water and ordinary water, then mint tea will also help reduce flatulence.

Spinach

Spinach is also effective when it comes to reducing flatulence because it speeds up the process of digestion. You can make smoothie, combined with other foods that have been mentioned so far and you will not have a problem with putting on tight dresses.

Sweating

If you have more time before you go out, then do some exercises like sit-ups, climbing stairs, long walking, running, cycling or similar. Sweating will help you come to a flat not bloated stomach quickly through sweat by disposing of toxins.
