Gudrun Howell · September 9, 2017 ·

Their appearance is body reaction for the disruptions in the body, like puberty or after childbirth.

This is a map that will show you where the pimples are appearing the most and how you can prevent the according to their position.

  1. Pimples on the chin, jaw and neck

Cause: Menstrual cycle

Hormones like testosterone change during the menstrual cycle and the glands produce more fats. The fats obstruct the pores of the skin which results with pimples on these parts of the face.

How to get rid of them?

The best thing you can do is to clean your face several days before the menstrual cycle. Use cleaners that are based on benzoyl peroxide.

  1. Pimples on the hair roots

Cause: hair products

The fats included in hair products are going down, which leads to obstructing the skin pores.

How to get rid of them?

Avoid the hair products and wash your hands after touching your hair. If the pimples are appearing frequently, change your hair shampoo.

Cause: diet

Some acid ingredients or lemon acids can irritate the skin and cause inflammation. In addition, the fatty food causes obstruction of the pores which eventually will result with pimples.

How to get rid of them?

Clean your face or wipe your mouth with wet wipes after every meal. Use lip balm more often and apply it on the lips, not around them.

Cause: bacteria and dust

When you are touching your face with your hands, you apply bacteria which causes inflammation on the skin.

How to get rid of them?

Use anti-bacteria wet wipes and clean your face often.

  1. Pimples on the nose and forehead

Cause: stress

Exhausting days can cause additional excretion of adrenaline which triggers the secretion of fats in the T-zone, which leads to pimples appearing.

How to get rid of them?

Wash your face twice a day. If you expect some stressful days, cleanse your face thoroughly.
