Home Remedy for Earwax & Ear Infections | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · June 16, 2017 ·

The following home remedy is in fact far more efficient than any over-the-counter solutions you can buy from the pharmacy. Almost all of the drops for swimmer’s ear (mild infection) are including only isopropyl alcohol for drying and washing out the ear. This homemade remedy is including rubbing alcohol and white vinegar. The white vinegar and rubbing alcohol are making this remedy which breaks down earwax, dries your ear, fights infection and eases the pain. With the white vinegar added this remedy is more efficient because the white vinegar has antimicrobial and antibiotic properties and also is very efficient against infections that are requiring a prescription antibiotic.

If you are experiencing moderate ear infection, trapped water or wax build up you should visit a doctor for an adequate diagnosis or your state may require treatment from a doctor or stronger prescription antibiotics.

Making and Using this Home Remedy

All you need is rubbing alcohol, white vinegar and teaspoon.

It is very easy to be prepared. Combine 1 part white vinegar with 1 part rubbing alcohol.

When it comes to using you need to take one teaspoon (5 milliliters) of the composite, lean your head to one side and apply the composite in your ear. Hold your head leaned for 30-60 seconds and then sit straight and let the mixture to run out from your ear. In order to treat ear infection and remove earwax or trapped water, you will need to implement this at least twice at day.

Note- If this remedy doesn’t show results in 3 days, you should visit your doctor. If you are facing perforated eardrums, you shouldn’t use this remedy. In that case you should take pain-reliefs because there is nothing much you can do. Some people who had their eardrum perforated needed 3 months to heal.
