Backache is a typical healthy problem between middle aged and adult individuals. But also yang people often experience the spinal pains.

Some of the symptoms of a spinal pain will be pain in the back or around the hips, decreased flexibility of the spine and inconvenience napping.

Spinal pains can happen because of muscle pressure, unhealthy diet, and lack of exercises, arthritis, unreasonable physical work, poor sitting position and pregnancy.

A backache can make it difficult to complete your daily activities. Natural treatments can quick relive you from the pain and allow you to enjoy life again.

There is a list of top 10 home solutions for backache.

Ginger root, which is used to cure vomiting, can also be used against back pain. The anti-inflammatory elements in ginger can give release you from backache.

Put some ginger paste on the affected zone, followed by eucalyptus oil.

Cut tinny pieces of fresh ginger root and put them in a pot of boiling water. Boil it on low temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow the combination to cool to room temperature and strain it. Add honey and then drink it. Drink this ginger tea two to three times a day for a few days or until you see changes.

You can make an herbal tea with one-half teaspoon of black pepper corns, one-half teaspoon of cloves and one teaspoon of ginger powder.

Basil leaves can be big help against backache.

Put 8 to 10 basil leaves in one glass water. Boil until the water vaporizes to half.

Leave it to cool down on a room temperature and add some salt.

For small pain, consume once a day, for severe pain, consume it twice a day.

Poppy seed is wonderful cure for spinal pain.

Crush together 100 grams each of poppy seeds (khus khus) and rock candy (misri).

Have two teaspoons of this mix twice a day, and after that drink glass of milk

Massaging your back with natural oil can relax your muscles and calm the pain. You can use any kind of homemade oil, such as, almond oil, olive oil or coconut oil. Worm the oil and massage it nicely over the affecter zone.

One more ingredient that can teat spinal pain is garlic. Just consume few cloves each morning on empty stomach. Also you can massage your back with garlic oil.

For making garlic oil, you have to heat coconut oil, mustard oil or sesame oil on low temperature and then add 8 to 10 garlic cloves. Fry the garlic until it gets brown color. Then strain the oil and cool it down on a room temperature.

Massage your back with the oil. Leave it for some time and then rinse it with warm water.

Wheat has elements that have a painkilling effect and can remove the pain.

Put one full hand of wheat in water and leave it overnight.

In the morning put in cuscus grass and coriander. After that add one glass of milk and boil it until it congeals.

Consume the drink twice daily.

Cold wrappings from ice are effective in removing pain and swelling. If you cannot find ice, than use frozen vegetables.

Wrap with a towel some crushed ice in a plastic bag. Place the bandage on the affected zone and leave it for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Repeat the procedure, but wait between the repetitions half an hour.

You can put hot bandages to remove backache.

Epsom salt is good against pain and inflammation.

Make a tick paste from Epsom salt and hot water. Put a towel in the liquid and remove the excess liquid from it. Place it on and around the affective zone. Also the hit from the towel will reduce the swelling.

You can also put some Epsom salt in a bath and soak your body for about half an hour in it.

Dirking one cup of chamomile tea can relax your muscle tissue which can be the reason for backache.  You can make your own chamomile tea or buy pre-packed.

Mix one tablespoon of chamomile flower in cup boiling water and leave it for 10 minutes.

Consume one to three cups on daily bases.

Your body needs calcium for strong bones and healthy muscles. Milk is great source of calcium. If your body gets enough calcium, then you can ease and avoid backaches.

Consume milk often. Add some honey to sweeten it.

Also you can make a mix from cuscus grass and sugar in equal volumes. Consume the mix twice a day with cup of warm milk.
