Health From Nature: Get Rid of The Deposits From The Tongue | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · July 8, 2017 ·

If you look at the tongue rarely, pay attention, this body part hides a wealth of information about our health because it can detect the problem from which a person is suffering, or a currently troubling health problem and also risk of a new disease.

The tongue of a healthy man is pink and covered with a thin whitish “film”, but if you have thick white or yellowish deposits on the surface, it is a sign that the cleansing of the body is in slow motion and that the body is burdened with harmful substances.

The white deposits and the Candida fungus infection that is very common point to a low immunity due to food insecurity and frequent use of synthetic antibiotics.

If you have yellowish deposits, it is most likely that you have a disorder of digestion in the form of lazy bowel, which causes insufficient movement and monotonous diet.

“Furry tongue” definitely requires professional help, and the doctor will determine what kind of disorder it is and will propose a change of diet and a possible treatment.

How to remove the plaque

In order to solve the problem with “coated” language, you should change the diet and the cleaning process layers can be accelerated with the application of natural products. It is advisable to drink tea of sage three times a day, and for cleaning the mouth rinse chamomile flowers (not those of the filter bag). Teas rich with vitamin C (rosehip, black currant …) and squeezed juices of lemon, grapefruit and orange are also recommended.

Twice a day for 5-10 minutes, you should rinse your mouth with a tablespoon of the mixture of cold pressed cilantro and sunflower oil. The deposits will be reduced on the tongue and if you put a few drops of propolis daily (keep them for a few minutes and then spit it out), or drink fresh juice of wormwood or calendula twice daily.

Teas from gentian, centaury, yarrow, wormwood and nettle are recommended to boost the immunity. The most frequent companion in the tongue coating is bad breath, and this phenomenon can be mitigated with liquids from wormwood, mint and sage, as well as tea of chamomile and birch leaves.

USEFUL RECIPES
Salad with garlic and carrots

In a cup of yogurt grate carrots and add 2-3 cloves of garlic, a bit of cinnamon and half a teaspoon of ginger powder. Eat this mixture three times a day as a salad

Tea from marigold

Over a teaspoon of calendula flowers pour 1.5 dl of boiling water, and let it stay for two hours, drain it and drink it twice a day.

Against the lazy bowel

Klamath weed oil

In a liter bottle put the flowers and leaves of St. John’s wort to be filled six inches from the top. Then pour the unrefined quality olive oil until it reaches 2 inches above the plants. Closed the bottle with a cork and keep it on the sun as long as possible, at least 14 days. Filter it, and with clean your tongue with this. You can add it to salad.

Tea to boost immunity

Pour sage in boiling water, let it boil for three minutes, then add tea from a mixture of mint, lemon balm, sage and St. John’s Wort. When the liquid is cooled, put a few drops of propolis. Use if necessary.
