Head-to-Toe Baking Soda Beauty Recipes | Healthy Life Vision

Head

  1. Dry shampoo. Sprinkle a little baking soda on the root and tousle your hair.
  2. Shampoo for volume. Mix a quarter size of baking soda to your shampoo daily part of it; this will remove dirt, making the hair shinier and fuller.
  3. Hair conditioner. Mix a little baking soda into your conditioner and put foam on your hair to keep it healthy and resistant.

Mouth

  1. Mouthwash. Gargle with baking soda, or use it as a mouthwash.
  2. Bleach teeth. Mix baking soda, strawberries and lemon juice together, for a natural tooth whitening.

Face

  1. Clean the face. Add a tablespoon of baking soda in your cleaning treatment and form paste. Massage your face to exfoliate and leave the skin feeling soft.
  2. Treatment against acne. So, when you are out with your favorite treatments for acne or drawing mask, try to do a little paste of baking soda and water and apply a pimple spot treatment. We do not recommend this for deep cysts, but it dries surface perpetrators. It can also be mixed with honey to help to clear the skin. Hold the coating for 15 minutes and rinse.
  3. Illumination of the skin. Want brighter skin? Mix baking soda with one tablespoon of lemon juice and a few drops of olive oil. After cleaning the skin, place the paste on the face and rinse after 10 minutes.

Body

  1. Purification of the body. Exfoliate your skin with a paste of 3 parts baking soda to one part water. Massage gently with your fingertips in a circular motion, then rinse.
  2. Enjoying bath. For a relaxing end to a long day, use 1/2 cup of baking soda to your bath to neutralize the acids in the skin and help wash away oil and perspiration while you soak. When combined with water, baking soda has the job of softening and smoothing the skin, it smoothes the irritations that body brings to the surface as a result of a bite, skin irritation or mild sunburn.
  3. Deodorants. Mix four tablespoons of baking soda with about ten drops of your favorite essential oils and apply to the underarm while brushing. To apply during the day, just fill in the empty container for mineral makeup with it and use the stubby kabuki brush no-mess application in motion.
  4. Nail Cleaner. Leaving nail polish on too long may leave your nails looking yellow. Get rid of stains by mixing baking soda and peroxide and scrubbing it on your nails.

Feet

  1. Pedicure. Take a spa pedicure at home. Mix two to three tablespoons of baking soda with water to make it cohesive foot soak. Select your favorite essential oils (like lavender oil) and soak for 20 minutes. Then massage your feet with a paste of baking soda and water to help exfoliate rough spots.
  2. Soften calluses. Place two tablespoons of baking soda in a bowl with warm water and add a few drops of lavender oil. After a nice long absorbing, massage them using three parts baking soda, one part water and one part brown sugar. Follow by applying a rich cream and hot towel foot finish. Let stay it for 5-10 minutes.
