Get Rid of Toothache and Relieve Pain at Home in Just a Few Minutes | Healthy Life Vision

Toothache is caused mainly by tooth decay. The food we eat, the sugars and the starches more precisely, help the bacteria in the mouth to reproduce. These bacteria later form humid plaque on the surface of the teeth.

1. Salt and Pepper to relieve pain

Salt and pepper have strong antibacterial features. They can calm and reduce the toothache. You should make glue-like toothpaste for this purpose by using salt and pepper in equal amounts. Apply this toothpaste on the tooth infected and leave it to work for a few minutes.

2. Oil pulling to get rid of teeth infection

Take 2 tablespoons of oil and swish it for 15-20 minutes on empty stomach. Besides for reducing the tooth infection, this is also good for dealing with bad breath and yellow teeth.

3. garlic for toothache

Take some garlic powder or crush a clove of garlic and mix it with some salt. Apply the mixture to the area you have troubles with. You can also simply chew one or two cloves of garlic. Do this for a few days.

4. Cloves are natural pain reliever

You can take 2 cloves of garlic and blend them with some olive or some other vegetable oil. Apply on the infected area. You can also wash your mouth with a mixture made of water and couple of drops of clove oil. This also works as an immediate pain reliever.

5. Ginger is a good remedy

Put a piece of fresh ginger root in water, leave it for a while, and then gargle it to reduce the toothache.

6. Salt in warm water for toothache

Pour a leveled tablespoon of salt in a glass of warm water, and then wash your mouth with it. Flush thoroughly to reduce inflammation and bulge.

7. ice cube pack at home

Put some crushed ice in a cotton fabric and hold it onto the jaw or the cheeks. You can also gargle with ice-cold water or put a crushed ice cube in your mouth.

8. Onion can help

Onion is well-known for its antimicrobial and antiseptic features. Chew some onion for a few minutes and reduce the toothache.

9. Guava leaves is a herbal remedy

Chew a couple of guava leaves. You can also put some in boiling water and add some salt to it, then wash your mouth with it.

10. Turmeric for cavity pain

Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric powder with few drops of mustard oil, and you should get a thick paste. Apply the paste on the affected area and leave it work for 15 minutes. Repeat this activity until you get rid of the pain.

11. Peppermint leaves to get rid of pain

Chew some peppermint leaves or apply them on the area affected. Try using fresh leaves, but dry ones could also work well.

12. tea bag for toothache

Black tea is very beneficial, because the presence of the astringent tannis helps big time in reducing pain and swelling.
