According to the Chinese medicine, feeling discomfort or waking up at a certain time of the day or night indicates a blockage in certain part of the body and impeded function of the same.

The schedule below will help determine which part of the body works:

21:00-23:00

An average person goes to bed between 21:00 and 23:00 o`clock. At this time, the endocrine system is loaded with hormones and enzymes which regulate the state. In case you experience a difficulty falling asleep at this time, it may indicate that you find it difficult to relax.

23:00-1:00

It is believed that at this point the body`s energy is converted to Yang, the active energy which basically prepares the body for the upcoming day. It helps the body gain strength, self-esteem, and energy for the challenges that the morning brings

Moreover, this is the time when the processed fat gets absorbed in the body. This means that if your dinner was heavy and filled with fatty foods you are very likely to have a sleepless night.

1:00-3:00

The process of refreshing is the critical time when it comes to detoxification of the entire body. At this time the liver purifies the blood and gets rid of the toxic waste.

In case you wake up at this time, it means that you find it difficult to get rid of negative emotions and stress. If you don’t eliminate them as soon as possible, the chances are that you are going to wake up at the same time every night by the “spiritual liver”.

3:00-5:00

The body gets supplied with oxygen between 3:00 and 5:00 o`clock, checking whether all the pre-conditions of the body are ready to go after waking up.

Those who wake up at this time more frequently are recommended to do some breathing techniques.

In addition to this, this also means that you lack oxygen and are unable to breathe properly, indicating a more serious underlying condition.

5:00-7:00

Ultimately, if you wake up between 5:00 and 7:00 o`clock it means that your body has difficulty digesting the late dinner.
