Every Night he Puts a Wet Towel on the Window. From now on, You Will do the Same! Read These 6 Incredible Tricks | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · August 25, 2018 ·

Sleeping can be a big problem in the hot summer nights. Of course, an air conditioner in your bedroom will resolve it easily, but air conditioners are not cheap, and some people just can’t stand them. Luckily for you, we have 6 simple trick that will cool your bedroom in the summer.

Put your pillow in the fridge for a few hours before going to bed and take it back to your bed when you want to sleep. One cold side of the pillow works, so why not make the whole pillow cold?

  1. A wet towel on the window

Just open up your window a bit and put a wet towel on it – this interesting trick works like a natural air conditioner.

  1. Ice cubes in front of the ventilator

Put a place of ice cubes in front of the fan for some time before going to bed and your room will be ice cold when you go to sleep.

  1. Remove all heat sources from the room

Remove all electronic devices from your bedroom prior to sleeping as they give off unnecessary heat, especially if they’re charging.

Soak your feet in a cold bath tub before going to bed to improve your circulation and relax your body. This habit will help you fall asleep easily and will allow you to sleep better.

As a last resort, we suggest putting on wet socks that have been in the freezer on your feet whenever your room is too hot for sleeping.
