Many people have problems with their sleep during these hot summer nights. The air conditioner could be a great relief, but not everyone can afford it. Today, I will present to you 6 tricks that you can do in order to improve your sleep and save your money.

This is very good trick! I use it all the time and it works great!

  1. A wet towel on the window

Place a wet towel on your opened window and it will act as an air conditioner through the night.

  1. Ice cubes in front of the ventilator

This trick will do the job if you tend to cool off your bedroom before going to bed. All you need to do is to put 10-20 ice cubes in front of your ventilator.

  1. Remove all sources of heat from the room

Every electronic device that works in your room generates heat. The best thing would be to remove them from your bedroom.

  1. Cold bath tub for your feet

This trick will help you to fall asleep without problems. Your body will react automatically once your feet are cooled. It will enhance the circulation in these parts of the body. It leave calming and relaxing effect on your body.

Wet socks will make you fresher during the hot nights. All you need to do is to put your socks in the freezer for a while and then wear them in your sleep.
