Eliminate All Poisons From Your Body in 48 Hours: A Weekend Detoxification Diet Plan | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · August 30, 2018 ·

If you’re feeling constantly tired and lacking energy, and you have dark circles under your eyes, your body is probably overloaded with toxins. When toxins accumulate in your tissues, you will become more prone to diseases and conditions, and you will need a complete body detox.

There are many detox programs that can help you. They are usually based on fruits and vegetables and work by cleaning your liver, kidneys, lungs and digestive system. The detox program we have for you revolves around a diet based on low-fat foods, potatoes, meat and water. The program lasts for 10 days and should be done every 6 months. If your body can’t last for 10 days, we suggest taking weekend detox programs several times a year. In order to keep your body free of toxins, you should exercise a lot and drink nettle, birch and dandelion tea.

Here’s a simple weekend detox program which will clean your body of toxins:

Saturday

Breakfast: 250 ml. of warm water, a cup of oats with a teaspoon of linseed, 250 ml. of green or black tea, 200 ml. of yogurt, ½ a cup of blueberries.

Lunch: 250 gr. of grilled hake, 2 cups of tomatoes or green salad, swiss chard with olive oil and potatoes, 1 banana and a slice of watermelon, 250 ml. of water.

Snack: ¼ of a cup of pumpkin seeds, 250 ml. of water, 1 apple, 180 gr. of yogurt.

Dinner: Integral pastry, 150 gr. of grilled tuna, ½ a cup of steamed vegetables, 2 cups of salad with some olive oil and lemon juice, 250 ml. of water or tea.

Sunday

Breakfast: 200 ml. of yogurt or almond milk, a cup of green tea, a cup of oats with a teaspoon of linseed, 1 pear.

Lunch: 1 grapefruit.

Snack: a bowl of vegetable soup, 200 gr. of grilled chicken breast, 150 gr. of pickles, 250 ml. of water.

Dinner: beet and carrot salad, integral pastry, nettle tea.

Besides the diet plan, you should also drink 250 ml. of warm water every morning before breakfast.
