The mixture of cinnamon and honey has been used for a very long time as a natural remedy for weight loss. Consuming it before going to bed will accelerate your metabolism and help you lose weight day by day. The combination is very effective and will put your body in fat-burning mode even overnight.

Like honey, cinnamon has numerous health benefits as well. It can improve your complexion, lower your cholesterol levels, boost your circulation and is great for your stomach, heart and digestive system. Cinnamon also speeds up the weight loss process, especially when mixed with honey. The spice can be used in your meals and drinks as a replacement for sugar. Take a mixture of honey and cinnamon every evening before going to bed and you will wake up with less and less weight every day! The mixture is very simple to prepare and only contains ingredients you already probably have in your kitchen. Here’s what you should do:

Boil 200 ml. of water and add ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, then leave it for 30 minutes to cool down. When the mixture is cool enough, add a teaspoon of organic honey and keep it in the fridge. Drink a cup of this amazing fat-busting mixture before going to bed – it will clean your digestive tract, remove parasites, bacteria and fungi from your body and accelerate your metabolism, effectively burning your fat deposits day by day.
