We all know that honey and cinnamon are very beneficial and powerful ingredients. Cinnamon is able to reduce the cholesterol, stimulate blood circulation, improve complexion, improve the function of the stomach, intestines and heart and is valuable ally in the process of burning fat.

Cinnamon can be added in every meal. Cinnamon is good alternative for the sugar in your drinks. Drink the following potion before going to bed and you will waking up with less weight every morning.

Recipe

Drink the mixture of honey and cinnamon before going to bed. Consume the potion every night and you will burn your fat easy and quickly. It prevents the fat from accumulating.

Preparation:

Boil 200ml of water and add ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Leave the mixture to stay for 30 minutes. Once the water is cooled down to room temperature, add 1 teaspoon of honey and refrigerate the mixture. Consume 1 cup of the potion before sleeping.

You shouldn’t add other ingredients and drink the potion only before sleeping.

The results will come soon thanks to this powerful combination. Your digestive tract will be cleansed, free of any parasites, bacteria and fungi which cause problems in digestion.
