- 3 pieces of fresh spinach,
- 1 cup of strawberries or raspberries,
- 1 cucumber (if domestic make sure you use the crust),
- Juice from one orange or the juice of half a lemon,
- Few fresh mint leaves.
Preparation of the beverage:
Wash the fruits and vegetables under running water. Place all ingredients except the lemon juice and the mint leaves into a blender. Stir until the mixture becomes liquid, add the lemon juice and pour the beverage in a cup. If desired, add the mint leaves and ice cubes. This full and healthy drink is best to be consumed as a snack.
