Types of Thyroid Disorder: Here’s How To Keep Your Thyroid Healthy With Just One Ingredient!

The thyroid gland is butterfly- shaped organ and it is located at the base of the neck, bending at the height of the base of the throat. It is responsible for the production of thyroxine, a hormone which regulates heart rate, metabolism, and development of children.

 

To locate this organ, you need to touch the Adam`s apple area on your throat with one finger, while touching the breastbone with other finger. The thyroid gland is located between the fingers.

Types of Thyroid Disorder

1. Hyperthyroidism

Hyperthyroidism is a condition in which the gland produces too much of the thyroid hormone. The symptoms of overactive thyroid gland include:

  • Fatigue
  • Menstrual pain
  • Weight loss
  • Feeling hot
  • Sweating
  • Sleeping problems
  • Racing thoughts
  • Difficulty focusing
  • Forgetfulness
  • Change in bowel habits
  • Nervousness, anxiety and irritability
  • Increased heart rate and palpitations

2. Hypothyroidism

Hypothyroidism refers to inactive thyroid gland which produces insufficient amount of the thyroid hormone. Its symptoms include:

  • Swelling in the front of the neck
  • Fatigue
  • Decreased menstrual flow
  • Depression
  • Muscle cramps
  • Weight gain
  • Constipation
  • Brittle nails
  • Dry skin and hair
  • Forgetfulness

To avoid these conditions, you need to keep your thyroid gland healthy.  The remedy presented below it keeps your thyroid healthy and it treats any potential issues which may be caused by lack of iodine.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large jar or a few smaller jars
  • 40 pieces of walnuts
  • 1 kg organic honey

Instructions:

Wash the walnuts well, dry them and then prick them with a sharp knife or needle. Put them into a jar and then pour the honey over them. Keep the jar open in a well-lit area for about 40 days. Finally, strain the liquid and pour the mixture into a bottle.

Use:

Take 2 tablespoons of the remedy on a daily basis, once in the morning and once in the evening.
