DNA Shocker: Body Of Homeless Man Found In Restaurant Was Confirmed To Be Bob Marley | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · March 2, 2018 ·

Recently, people have found a body of an elderly homeless man in a cardboard box behind a fast food restaurant in downtown Kingston in Jamaica. The man didn’t have any identification, which made it difficult for the police to identify him.

He only had an old guitar with him as well as a tin can with a small quantity of marijuana and a faded photograph of the Houses of Parliament in London.

Being unable to identify the man, the authorities had no other option but contact the Jamaica`s National DNA Database.  When the results from the lab arrived, the coroners were taken aback!  “I thought it must be a joke,” Jacob Chambers, the chief coroner told Now 8 News. “My colleague came running into my office waving a piece of paper in the air. ‘You’re not going to believe this’, he shouted. I told him to calm down and explain what all the excitement was about. When he told me, I couldn’t believe it.”

Namely, the DNA results showed that the homeless man found behind the fast food restaurant was Bob Marley, the famous reggae star.  “I stared at the results wide-eyed,” Chamber stated.

“My jaw dropped to the floor. This had to be a mistake.”  It had been always believed that Bob Marley passed away from cancer in 1981 because he returned to Jamaica by plane from Germany.  However, if this happened, why was his body lying behind the fast food restaurant?

According to Chambers, there was only one explanation for this.  “Naturally I concluded somebody was playing a joke on us, and told my assistant to label the body as ‘persons unknown’. This would mean he could be cremated by authorities and the death filed as that of an unknown male in his late 60s to early 70s. But it was then that things got really weird.”

That day, men with sunglasses visited the coroner`s office. They were dressed in dark suits and introduced themselves as “government officials.”  This means that the body was really the late reggae superstar and that his death had been faked on his own request. It is believed that his wish was to run away from all the attention and wanted to live more peaceful life.

In fact, the Jamaican government confirmed admitted to helping him go on with the plan. Moreover, they were in agreement with the superstar to receive the royalties from Exodus, his most successful album.

According to Chambers, the government officials removed his body, the DNA results, and the report of death. Then, they left the office and warned the staff to be quiet about this and keep everything in the dark.
