Caution: You Think it is A Spice, But it is in Fact Poison! | Healthy Life Vision

Dry blend of spices is the policy of many housewives, but few know that these jars are actually filled with poison. It is enough to read the composition and everything will be clear that the content of these mixtures is fatal to the organism.

You’ve decided to make a healthy lunch and cooked a meal with cabbage. And did you add the spices? If you’re like most housewives, probably your hand will automatically move to the jar or bag with a dry mixture of spices. However, you should know that only a spoonful of this supplement turns a healthy lunch into something very unhealthy.

Such mixtures are filled with salt and sugar. Namely, it is unlikely that you will find a mix of spices that in the first place is not salt, and already the second or third is the white death – sugar. That this is the worst possible combination confirmed a group of nutritionists.

Salt itself is not bad if inserted in controlled amounts. You must enter it every day because without it there is no life, but we only need about three grams. So the biggest problem is that it is hidden, and it is particularly bad when combined with one of the other types of “white death” – it’s very easy to overdo and food becomes unhealthy, said the nutritionists.

This is what happens in the mixtures of spices, the unhealthy products are hidden behind images with vegetables that are found on the bag.

Honestly, there is also a little dehydrated vegetable, but just look at what it’s like the composition of a spice that can be found in supermarkets.

Ingredients: Salt, sugar, flavor enhancer L sodium glutamate, dried vegetables at least 8 percent, pepper, natural colors – riboflavin and curcumin.

So, in a pack of 100 grams you get up to 10 grams of vegetables, and the rest is salt, sugar and flavorings. World experts for years warned of harmful flavorings, including the worst glutamines which are associated with various diseases.

The solution is very simple – make your own blend of spices. Salt your food as much as you need, and then Season with 100 percent real spices.

As for vegetables, it is easier to add fresh vegetables, because the dried spices can be found in any store.
