You probably have heard about the old saying “if you can’t put it in your mouth, you shouldn’t put it on your face.” The following mask follows this old saying.

You may have won the fight against bad skin, but you could still have scars and tarnishes in the skin tone. There are some specific compounds in this effective, natural and easy to be made mask. One of the main compounds in the mask is cinnamon, which gives the name to this mask. Once the cinnamon comes in contact with the skin, a feeling of twitching that will go away in several minutes. The cinnamon has powerful anti-fungal and antibacterial characteristics, and it is also full with antioxidants which are great in preventing any damage to the skin. The other compound is Nutmeg. Nutmeg has plenty of B vitamins, including riboflavin (B2), folic acid (B9) and niacin (B3). Vitamin C, vitamin A and many antioxidants like beta-carotene and cryptoxanthin are all included in nutmeg and are very helpful for your skin.

Honey and lemon juice are the wet compounds in this mask. The lemon juice has not only withering qualities, it is also full with vitamin C that stimulates collagen generation. Lemon juice balances your skin’s tone. Honey has powerful anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and is one of the best natural ingredients that improve your skin’s overall health. You will feel shivers on the skin after applying the mask on your skin, but don’t be afraid.
