Japanese Method For Weight Loss | Healthy Life Vision

Japanese have an amazing choice of weight loss methods. All of them are simple and really effective.

Nowadays people live speedy lives, and it is no surprise that most of them don’t have time for doing exercises or special weigh loss diets. For things to be worse, the more we put on weight, the more our hunger rises.

And with lack of energy and time, we go for magical pills and drinks that will burn our extra fat.

Also we dream about lying down and losing weight while doing nothing. So it seems that the Japanese doctor, Dr. Fukucudzi finally has found the right solution. Dr.  Fukucudzi was helping people to lose their weight for over a decade, and he came up with one method that doesn’t requires money, dieting or extremely exercises.

What you need:

–    A large cloth.

–    Flat surface.

–    A good strap.

–    5 minutes a day.

What you do:

  • Roll the towel with this parameters – 40cm long and 7-10cm thick. Use a band so as to secure the towel from unwrapping.
  • Lie down on a floor or the bed, just be sure it is a flat surface
  • Place the towel under your low back, below your navel.
  • Keep the width between your heels 20 -25cm, your feet in width with your shoulders and your thumbs touching.

Note: Be careful that while you’re doing the exercise, your bones and joints maybe distorted a little bit. It’s important to be persistent even when the exercise causes a little discomfort if you want to get the desired results, i.e. burn excessive fat and tighten your belly.

If staying in this position for five minutes is painful for you, gradually increase your time until you reach 5 minutes.
