Gudrun Howell · February 23, 2017 ·

If you learn how to recognize the signals our body sends us before something happened, you would rarely get sick of serious illness.

If your body is sending you some signals lately, and you are not able to find what it wants to tell you, make sure they are similar to those that suggest a future heart attack.

  1. You are feeling more tired than previously and often are prone to insomnia

The reduced blood flow in the heart makes us feel exhausted and tired even when doing nothing, resulting in insomnia.

  1. Often you are not able to take a long breath

This is the most alarming signal for heart attack. If you often cannot take a deep and long breath, and you are not able to breathe in and breathe out good, it signals that the heart receives little blood flow which reduces the available oxygen in the lungs.

  1. You are feeling weakness in the muscle

The reduced pressure makes you feel weak and helpless because you feel weakness in the muscle. It you have poor blood circulation in the body that prevents the muscle to work properly.

  1. Often you feel dizziness and nausea accompanied with perspiring

If you feel an unexplained dizziness followed by nausea and perspiring in the body, it is possible that you might have a heart attack. This signal is expressed in individuals who are moving in the head after becoming abruptly. The same thing happens due to delayed blood reaching the brain.

  1. You have the uncomfortable feeling in the chest

As far as the coronary artery narrows, the more blood flow that causes you discomfort in the chest.

It starts with the feeling, continues with stabbing and finishes with pain.

If you recognize any of these 5 signals on your body, immediately contact a cardiologist.
