What Can Only 1 Glass of Beer Do to Your Body! | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · June 3, 2016 ·

Do you belong to the group of beer fans? Do you often drink beer, or sometimes just a glass or two? Want light or dark?

Whatever the answers to these questions are, studies done recently suggest that beer is very effective for the health and beauty of women, although many women do not love or avoid in order not to gain weight or consider it as a typical male drink. Dark beer is especially useful for women, which has a full flavor. Of course, it should not be exaggerated. Only a glass or two a day is sufficient.

In the study, the favorable effects of beer, published in the American Medical Journal, the researchers argue that beer helps to strengthen the bones because it contains significant amounts of biodegradable silicon, which is one of the important elements for building bone tissue. Accordingly, especially women in menopause are advised to consume beer, in moderation of course with limits. Also, the main ingredient of beer, hops is a rich source of Humo which helps in preventing various inflammatory processes.

It should be noted that black beer is better in the sense that it contains more nutrients than light and has numerous beneficial effects on health: it reduces bad cholesterol, protects against cardiovascular disease, stimulates the work of the intestine, contributes to beautiful skin and strengthens immunity. It has long been known that the hair can be beautiful and shiny if filled with beer, and now these “recipes” received a scientific support. Beer is also an excellent source of iron.
