How Can the Traditional Chinese Medicine Read Your Current Health From Your Face? | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · April 16, 2016 ·

What can you see when you look in the mirror? According to Chinese medicine, the person is a window of health. Forehead, nose, chin, right cheek and left cheek 5 zones that give us signs of what happens in our body.

Most people do not realize that their face is full of information on what is going on under the surface. Your body language speaks only through the imbalance that occurs inside. Every part of your face reflects different elements: fire, earth, water, metal and wood corresponding to specific organs. Therefore visual facial signals alert you that something more serious is going on with your body.

Forehead

According to Chinese medicine, the forehead corresponds to the element fire. It is associated with the heart, intestines, mind and spirit. Look closely at the forehead and look for redness or small blood vessels that appear as discoloration of the skin. If we find, they can be a sign of heart problems. Color change can also be caused by recent strong emotional experiences, such as brake ups.

A heart attack can usually be predicted with blue-greenish tint on the forehead. If the color of the skin of the forehead changes which is followed by a rapid heartbeat, dizziness, shortness of breath, pain or tingling in the left hand, seek immediate help from a doctor.

Nose

The nose fits the element earth, so it tells us of the relationship with the stomach, spleen and pancreas. Symptoms usually show as pimples on the top or the sides of the nose. Think what you ate the previous few days. Whether the food was too spicy, fried, fat or generally unhealthy? If yes, then choosing a diet has started being a big problem for you. As a result, you suffer from indigestion, constipation or diarrhea.

Cracked capillaries or redness at the root of the nose may indicate problems with alcohol or, simply means that you care too much and are constantly under stress. Try to calm down and relax with meditation or yoga.

Chin

The chin is an area that relates to the element of water, and it is interlinked with the kidneys and bladder, including hormones and glands. Painted and dark spots on the skin around the mouth and chin may indicate kidney or bladder problems. Also, pimples on the chin can be a sign of hormonal imbalance. Problems often arise when the body produces excess estrogen and testosterone.

View the concave part between the nose and upper mouth. This small area relates to the uterus and ovaries in women or prostate in men. Horizontal lines or changes in skin color may indicate a problem with infertility due to endometriosis or cysts.

According to Chinese medicine, people who have a small chin have a genetic predisposition for weakening of the kidneys and bladder, but it does not mean that if you have a small chin you will surely develop a disease associated with these organs.

Right cheek

Right cheek fits metal, and therefore this area relates to the lungs and colon. The problems with these organs can be seen through the change of color in the right cheek. Also, acne, eczema or redness in this area can be a sign of a cold coming.

Various diseases of the lungs and upper airways may encourage visual symptoms on the right cheek. People who are prone to respiratory allergies or asthma, have a fondness for eczema, mild rash or appearance of gentle blue-greenish tint on the right cheek.

Left cheek

The left cheek corresponds to the element tree. It has been associated with liver and bile. Cracked capillaries and redness indicate inflammation or liver toxins. Cracked veins, redness and rash can sometimes be a sign of high blood pressure. On the other hand, yellowish tint under the left eye may indicate gallstones or high triglycerides and cholesterol.

The problems in this part of the face can reveal even emotional states as anger and depression. Keep in mind that there are many ways that the body warns you that there was a loss of the inner balance, and therefore never ignore the signs that it sends you.
