Beverage That Will Facilitate Your Digestion | Healthy Life Vision

If you have problems with your digestion, try some of these beverages…

Mint improves the digestive system work and helps the body to better digest fats, which reduces the flatulence of the stomach. Boil the mint at night, leave it to cool, then place it in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning refresh yourself with iced tea adding lemon juice or orange in it.

Place the pineapple in a blender, add a little cold water and get a great drink to combat fat. If you add a teaspoon of flaxseed in it, you will do the right thing for your body. Flaxseed contains healthy fatty acids that help in burning fat. The pineapple contains bromelii, an enzyme that breaks down protein, so it helps in digestion and removes flatulence.

One cup of green tea a day will supply you with the necessary antioxidants and boost the metabolism. Green tea is excellent for the consumption of calories, as well as to increase the total level of energy and removing appetite. Put in a cup one tablespoon of green tea and pour it with hot water, not boiling. After five minutes, strain it and drink the tea.

  1. Drink of ginger and lemon

In half liter of water boil 3-4 slices of ginger for about five minutes, allow to cool to room temperature, and then add the juice of half a lemon.

  1. Pineapple and ginger smoothie

In a blender put one cup of chopped fresh pineapple, a tablespoon of grated fresh ginger and half a cup of yogurt and mix it well.
