Lemonade Diet, which is also called the Great Cleaner Diet, lasts 10 – 14 days. For two weeks, you can lose up to 20 pounds of your weight. The basic principle of the diet is that the lemonade cleanses the body of toxins and causes rapid weight loss. Preparation:

In a bowl with two liters of boiling hot water, add 14 tablespoons of maple syrup squeeze the juice out of three lemons, and add hot red pepper about one spoon, and mix.lemonade-300x199-1204334

This lemonade should be consumed in small sips every time when there is a feeling of hunger. The lemon juice, as part of the lemonade will help your body get rid of body fat as well as toxins, maple syrup will give your body the necessary calories, vitamins and trace elements, and cayenne pepper will stimulate the metabolism. Other drinks you can consume during the day, is the salt water (a pinch of salt in 2 dl of lukewarm water) also green tea will keep your body clean from toxins In order to provide the body with necessary energy, you should drink 8-12 glasses of lemonade a day, which is approximately 800-1200 calories. A gradual “entry” in the lemonade diet is essential. Three days before starting the diet, replace meat, and all semi-finished products with fresh fruit and vegetables. Two days before the diet it is necessary that you enter only liquid food, a day before the diet – drink only freshly squeezed orange juices all day (at least 2 liters a day). Advantages: • Cleaning the body of all toxins. • Rapid weight loss. • Improving the condition of the skin. • After the lemonade diet will feel incredible outbursts of energy and vitality. • Relief and cleansing the body from chronic diseases.

ATTENTION: The lemonade diet is absolutely contraindicated for people with high acidity of the stomach and people who suffer from peptic ulcer.
