Ingredients

8 glasses of water

1 teaspoon of ginger root powder

1 medium-sized cucumber

1 medium-sized lemon

12 fresh mint leaves

1 teaspoon of dried mint

Preparation

Cut and peel the cucumber first, then cut the lemon on slices and mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Leave the mixture to infuse overnight in a fridge. Consume 4-5 glasses of the drink the next day – start with a glass in the morning before breakfast for best results.
