The morning routine to adopt

Gudrun Howell · October 13, 2022 ·

You’ve probably heard of it before. For a few years now, a new routine has appeared in our lives thanks to Hal Elrod’s book and his Miracle morning. Among the 6 principles given to be in shape in the morning, there is a morning routine that will put you in a good mood and allow you to feel good all day long. Over time, several routines have been put in place, but which one to choose?

The basic morning routine

Experts in the field advise setting up an alarm clock between 5 and 6am. This will allow you to see the day get up in peace, which is very beneficial to feel good.

You can take your time to read (25 minutes is enough), play sports (indoors or outdoors depending on the season, ideal to strengthen your dynamism) or meditate. This activity will only take you a few minutes. Sit back and clear your mind, warmly wrapped in your satin pajamas.

The general idea of the morning routine is to take your time in everything you do. This allows the body and brain to get out of sleep without shock and therefore to be much better. You can spend a whole hour with your GHD straightener in hand if you like it!

Find your morning routine to be well

For the morning routine to be effective, it is important to choose activities that suit you. If you are hyperactive, prefer sport to meditation. Starting from the premise that each person is different, specialists have imagined different routines to adapt to everyone.

You can thus adopt a morning routine focused on beauty. Spending very long minutes doing nothing with a soft mask on your face offers an unparalleled benefit! Relax in a bath with relaxing scents. Pass a soft cream on your body. So many actions that can fit into a beauty morning routine just to please you and start the day under the best auspices.

You can also turn to more specific routines. A morning routine according to your astrological sign can then be chosen. A dynamic ram will be able to do 20 minutes of brisk walking. A dreamy bull takes his time in front of his bowl of coffee.

Love spending time with your family? Do it! It will be necessary to wake up the small tribe early but the time spent cuddling will please everyone.

Walking your dog for a long time in a wood or petting your cat for long minutes will also be a great morning routine.

Do you like social relationships? Why not take advantage of this free moment after waking up to chat with your neighbors (if they have also been introduced to the morning routine, of course). Seeing the sun rise together creates unique bonds! If you don’t want to go out, the phone or video are perfect.

The best routine is the one that suits you. But just like with beauty routines, you can also change them regularly.
