Pour the oil into the pan at the right time will allow create the right reaction. This result is commonly called the “Maillard reaction”. Thanks to the latter, a beautiful golden “crust” will form on the surface of the food, giving it a crispy appearance. The ideal is therefore to wait until your frying pan is hot so that it is properly impregnated with oil in order to obtain even cooking in the end. This is also how the oil will act as a protective barrier, facilitating cooking and improving the flavor of your dish.

At the same time, it is necessary to remember how important it is to keep stoves clean.

So many of us neglect the right way to cook our food. If it is true that we manage to obtain tasty dishes, it is also necessary to know that mastering the cooking to obtain more “healthy” dishes. To achieve this, here are some tips.

One of the most recommended is the use of an oil or fat appropriate to the method of cooking in question. You will have the choice between olive oil, sunflower oil, clarified butter, coconut oil or peanut oil. Sunflower oil is also an alternative but remains not recommended as it is poorly balanced in omega 3 and omega 6.

The other trick lies in the quality of the pan used. Even being of very good quality, you must have in mind that teflon must not be damaged, since it is harmful to your health. So avoid rough sponges when cleaning pans, as they may scratch them. On this subject, it would be life-saving to know how to repair non-stick pans.

Otherwise, avoid also burn your food. It is always best to watch the cooking to prevent your dish from ending up charred.
