This is why the belly feels bloated all the time, but you can fix it overnight | Healthy Life Vision

The Helicobacter Pylori bacterium is one of the most dangerous type of bacteria that exists. H. Pylori infections are usually severe and difficult to treat and may cause symptoms such as diarrhea, peptic ulcers, bloating and stomach cancer.

Detection of H. Pylori isn’t easy and should be done by a professional. However, there are many ways in which you can self-examine yourselves for the presence of the bacterium. Upper and mid-belly discomfort, burping, diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, flatulence and other digestive problems may all be caused by the bacterium, so if you notice these symptoms we suggest going to the doctor.

About 80% of gastric ulcer cases and 90% of the duodenal ulcer cases are caused by H. Pylori. The infection might also cause migraines, heart problems, headaches, poor blood flow and Raynaud’s disease, while also lowering the serotonin levels in the brain resulting in anxiety and depression. As you can see, the bacterium is quite dangerous.

The infection usually develops after coming in contact with contaminated food and water sources. Exposure to saliva or feces of an infected animal may also transmit the bacteria and wreak havoc inside your body. The good news is that the infection is treatable in over 80% of the cases. However, catching it on time is of vital importance. Doctors usually prescribe a cocktail of antibiotics against H. Pylori and recommend eating a healthy diet that includes foods rich in vitamins A, C, E and probiotics. Proper hygiene is important as well – wash your hands with soap and warm water often, and dry them with clean and dry towels.

Here’s a simple natural remedy that can also eliminate the infection:

Ingredients

1 lemon

1 tablespoon of grated ginger

1 tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel

1 medium-sized cucumber

A handful of parsley

½ a glass of water

Preparation

Wash all the ingredients well, then chop the lemon, parsley and cucumber and mix everything in a blender. Take 2 glasses of the drink a day (morning and evening) in order to stop the growth of the bacterium and promote the growth of beneficial bacteria in your gut.

This remedy works thanks to the amazing properties of the ingredients. Cucumber is a powerful fat-burner which can boost your digestion, while parsley is rich in antioxidants that can eliminate any kind of bacteria. Lemon is a powerful detoxifier which will clean your body of toxins and bacteria, while ginger is great against any kind of digestive problem caused by H. Pylori. Finally, the Aloe Vera gel can disinfect your intestines and assist the body in the burning of excess fat.

Besides drinking this remedy, it’s also important to drink plenty of water during the process. Water will boost your metabolism and keep your body hydrated and your organs functioning properly, which will result in much better health.
