People who like to eat healthy food and enjoy eating it, claim that the soy is an active and important addition in their diet. They often substitute the milk with soy milk, use it as source of proteins or substitute the some cooking oils with soybean oil.

It looks like soy is perfect alternative for the vast majority of groceries due to advertising health benefits, but the truth is that the soy could be very harmful for our health.

Soy bean oil is derived from soy beans. The soy is considered as super food by many people who believe that the soy products are very beneficial for their health in which they strongly believe. Anyway, the producers are hiding the truth and don’t want confirm that soy is toxic in nature.

In order to be ready for consummation, the soy should undergo on very quality processing, and even then it should be processed additionally before the final product like steaks soy, peanuts soybean, soy milk and yogurt, soy cheese and soy greaves is ready for use.

The truth is that with all this intensive chemical processing and engineering, anything can be turned into healthy product: poison ivy, poisonous mushrooms and even the bark of trees can be converted into food with some proper and intensive processing. Yet, none of them are popular as soybeans.

The popularity of soy is a real problem for the people who are conscious of healthy eating. When eaten regularly in high amounts it can cause drastic issues in time.

Consummation of excessive amounts of soy could result with creation of steroid hormones which increases the possibility of Alzheimer’s disease, can promote early puberty in girls and delayed physical development in boys.

If you intend to search for some alternative foods you should read the list of ingredients on the label before buying the product.

If the natural soy is listed on the label, then you should know that this is not true at all. In fact, natural soy is poisonous. It isn’t claimed you should check the label again.

There are many products that include some percentage of soy which means that you should be extremely careful if you like to eat healthy food.

In case you must eat soy due to some allergy issues like lactose and you are forced to have dietary way of life like being vegetarian, then you should try using hemp first before reaching out for the soybeans.

Marijuana is the main reason why hemp has negative connotation to a certain degree, but the hemp products that are segregated for dietary purposes don’t include THC, so you don’t need to worry for this.

Hemp has the same amount of proteins as soy has, but the good thing is that there aren’t any risks of its consummation. It is not toxic, instead it includes omega 3-acids. The popularity is on the soy’s side, but the hemp is much more beneficial for you when you look at long distances.

Soy is thriving on the market and in the food industry. Some consider it as super-food, but today more and more people are aware of the risks it brings with it. The intensive processes which decrease the toxin levels to a tolerable level are the only reason why this ‘super food’ is still permissible on the market.
