According to experts, drinking lemon water every morning will provide your body with a healthy amount of vitamins B and C, antioxidants, flavonoids and minerals. Lemon water possesses antiviral, anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties which will help the body fight infections and different ailments. Most of us throw out the peel when preparing the beverage which is a mistake as the peel contains even more nutrients than the fruit itself.
