Everyone wants to lose weight with a magic pill overnight, but the truth is that there’s no such thing. However, there is a simple way of losing weight effectively. If you’re like us stuck behind a desk for 8 hours a day, it’s time to cut that time short with quick exercises.

Don’t worry – the exercises are short, quick and fun. According to a recent research, the average American has 4 hours of free time daily. However, rarely anyone spends that time rationally – instead of staying active, people spend their free time in bed or in front of a PC or TV. The numbers are much worse for the average American mother, who has only 36 minutes of free time every day! But that’s not an excuse. Even when you can’t hit the gym, there are quick exercises which will take care of your weight and health.
