Everything Is Curable In A Natural Way: Get Rid Of Caries Alone, Without a Dentist | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · January 11, 2018 ·

The whole world slowly realizes that when we give the body what it needs, it can be cured by what we thought was incurable.

A good example of incurable, but frequent problem is dental caries, and the extensive research that are now available to the public reveal more about the nature of dental caries and the fact that there are medications that can help.

How to naturally heal cavities

According to the American Institute of Dentists, caries is created when foods containing carbohydrates (sugars and starches) such as cakes, candies, milk, rice and the like are often left on the teeth. Bacteria living in the mouth develop on such residues, and as a result it produces different acids.

Over time, these acids destroy the tooth enamel, resulting in caries.

There are several problems with this theory including:

  • A group of indigenous people who chewed carbohydrates and never brushed their teeth or used dental floss, it had almost no teeth caries.
  • The bacteria do not consume refined sugar or flour due to a lack of nutrients in them.
  • Foods that bacteria love are milk, vegetables, meat, fish and vegetables are generally not listed as a cause of dental caries.

So if modern explanations about cavities are not correct, then what is really the cause?

The research of Dr. Weston Price and other dental pioneers came down to three factors:

  • Lack of minerals in the diet
  • Lack of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, B and C)
  • Presence of phytic acid due to intestinal tract does not absorb nutrients properly.

Over time, if your diet is deficient in vitamins and minerals, contains high levels of phytic acid (from grains, seeds, nuts and legumes) the ratio of calcium and phosphorous will not be in balance, resulting in pulling minerals from bone or tooth loss and weakening of the bones.

So the long belief that sugar causes tooth decay is true, because it destroys the nutrients from the body, and not because they eat bacteria and produce acid that destroys the teeth.

Foods that can cure tooth decay

To restore the diameter of calcium and phosphorus in the blood and allow the minerals to bind to the teeth is not enough to simply not eat too much candy and processed foods.

In fact we need to eat foods that contain large amounts of vitamins and minerals to build strong tooth enamel.

Foods you should focus on are:

  • Coconut oil, organic dairy products (especially butter), organically grown meats, seafood and soup bones.
  • Organic grown vegetables and the ideal would be vegetable soup.
  • Liver

Limit foods that are high in phytic acid, such as grains, legumes, nuts and seeds, as well as processed foods that will upset the balance of blood sugar.

Supplements to consider:

  • Fermented cod liver oil
  • Magnesium – essential for proper use of calcium and phosphorus
  • Gelatin – if you do not have time for this soup, gelatin is a good choice because it is excellent for the teeth and digestion.
