Gudrun Howell · December 29, 2017 ·

We all know that drinking water is good for our health, but most of us don’t know that the temperature of the water that we drink matters the most.

There is a discussion between the medical and health circles is to which: hot (warm) or cold water better to take? The answer is opposed to what many people usually repeat in their daily routine.

Drinking hot water in the morning on an empty stomach is much better than drinking cold water.

Though cold water will satisfy you more, your body will have to use more energy to bring the temperature of the cold water to the temperature of its surroundings.

Having a warm water (one cup) first thing in the morning is better to our health and it inspires proper hydration and great health during the entire day.

Sounds wonderful but only one cup of warm water is enough to calm headaches or any other pain in the body. The heat will increase the capillary circulation thus relaxing the nerves and muscles in the body and reducing stress and tension.

One cup of warm water, immediately recovers the blood circulation through the whole body because our body can be really tender and stiff in the morning because of reduced circulation and decreased heart rate

Damage of the cells from the entered toxins in our body from the environment and food that surrounds us is one of the reasons why we get older. The warm water will remove the toxins from our bodies by eliminating the debris and relaxing the tight inner pores that may otherwise stay stuck.

The warm water provides extra hydration that will also rejuvenate your skin and make it more healthy and elastic.

The cold water will low the body temperature and slow the heart rate, opposite to that, the hot water will actually speed up your metabolism and it will startup weight loss with fast caloric turn over.

And more, the kidneys will benefit from the warm water in the morning and they will work better to help the body to control the blood sugar levels, stopping the need for junk food and sweets which is the biggest danger in the fight against fat.
