7 Signs Of Gluten Intolerance, Everyone Ignores! | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · October 21, 2016 ·

It has been known that most of the people that have gluten intolerance will never be diagnosed with it and about 15 percent of Americans deal with a certain type of gluten intolerance or gluten sensitivity, or even celiac disease. Do you think that you are one of them? There are some signs that can serve as indicators, and here are seven of them:

1.keratosis Pilaris

It is also known as “chicken skin” and it is most frequently found on the back of the arms and the thighs. This occurrence is a result of deficiency of fatty acid, which is due to the gluten that has damaged the gut.

2.persistent headaches

Another symptom of the gluten intolerance can be migraines and constant headaches. However, it can also be a sign of dehydration of the body, as well as of some other disorders. If you deal with constant headaches, you should see your doctor.

3.autoimmune diseases

This is not happening in one hundred percent of the cases, but it is not excludable that Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Ulcerative colitis, Scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, lupus and multiple sclerosis can be rooted in gluten intolerance.

4.routine digestive issues

If some digestive issues like bloating, gas, constipation and diarrhea are persistent with no apparent cause, they are probably result of gluten intolerance. This is especially the case with constipation in children, showing that they are probably suffering from gluten sensitivity or intolerance.

5.dizziness

Feelings of dizziness and lack of balance are just another sign of gluten intolerance.

6.chronic fatigue

The chronic fatigue can be simply a result of something as easy as dehydration or of something as severe as HIV. If you face chronic fatigue often, you should see a doctor about it. Still, the brain fog, the feeling of tiredness and the fatigue can be some of the symptoms and indications of gluten intolerance.

7.fibromyalgia

Many people are often diagnosed with chronic fatigue or Fibromyalgia while they are actually suffering from gluten intolerance, but they are not aware of that. If you are one of those that are diagnosed with these conditions, you should also consider the gluten as the possible cause of your condition.
