Processed products – meat

Smoked meat and very salty meat or any type of meat which contains synthetic additives is connected with expand of cancer.

Carbonated beverages

These kind of beverages have a huge quantity of calories, sugars and other components that are not nutritive in any case.

Potato crisps

The cause potato-chips are unhealthy is because of the high temperature they are baked with, leading to creation of cancerous properties. They are full with other compounds like trans-fats or hydrogenated vegetable fats, artificial flavors, carbohydrates, colors and preservatives.

Popcorn prepared in microwave

Popcorn packages for microwave oven have been attacked by researchers, stating that many chemicals including acid are found in these packages. Acid is highly associated with infertility in humans. Apples and other types of “dirty” fruit

Thou it may seem strange but apples have the biggest amount of pesticides, so next time you want an apple make sure to wash it well under running water. Do this with any type of fruit.

Canned meals

Bisphenol is a chemical likely found in canned meals and linked to heart diseases, damaged intestines, infertility and other reproductive problems. The chemical acts like estrogen and messes up the hormonal activity of the organism.
