6 HABITS THAT ARE HURTING YOUR MANHOOD, WE OFTEN DO #5 | Healthy Life Vision

Gudrun Howell · November 8, 2017 ·

Most people relate the size of the penis with their manhood, but no one is treating the organ right. We all do many things that hurt our manhood constantly, and this is a serious problem that can have unforeseen consequences on our health. This is why you need to learn more about them in order to prevent permanent damage to your reproductive organs. Here are 6 harmful habits that are hurting your manhood:

Smoking is an awful habit that has numerous negative health effects, but you probably didn’t know that it’s also hurting your sperm. According to studies, smoking can affect your sperm quality and count, resulting in infertility. One study from the University of Sheffield has confirmed these results after examining nearly 2000 men.

The modern fast-paced lifestyle doesn’t allow us to eat homecooked meals, which is why fast food has become the preferred choice of food. However, according to a 2011 study from the Harvard University, eating junk food as well as processed food constantly significantly increases the risk of erectile dysfunction and infertility.

As the saying goes, “Either use it or lose it!” Not getting sex on a constant basis is harmful to your manhood, and increases the risk of erectile dysfunction.

According to experts, not exercising and staying physically active can indeed have negative consequences on your reproductive organ and health. According to a study which involved 300 subjects, men who exercise on a daily basis had better reproductive health than those who didn’t. This is why you should start exercising. You don’t need much – 30 minutes a day is more than enough.

Not sleeping 7-9 hours overnight can damage your sperm count and quality and will increase the risk of infertility.

  1. Not washing off sunscreen

Here’s something you probably didn’t know – not washing off the sunscreen from your skin can make you infertile. Sunscreen is important for protecting our skin from the harmful UV-rays, but it can also hurt your reproductive health. According to a study conducted at the National Health Institute, most sunscreen brands contain BP-2 and 4OH-BP, dangerous compounds which can reduce our fertility by 30%.
