Yep, it may seem a bit ridiculous but it is highly recommended to know your blood type, since you’ll get to know what you are vulnerable from, and what will make you strong and healthy. Really, haven’t you asked yourself why you are not shedding pounds compared to another person and yet both of you have the same eating regime. Ever asked yourself why you get drained so often or your immune system just can’t get as strong as it should be? This also raises questions if we are eating the right food for our body to function flawlessly, well the answer lies in the blood type.

As we all know there are four blood types A, B, AB and O. This is pure genetics, blood type is controlled by hereditary qualities. Every blood type reacts differently to certain antigens that when they enter the body, the immune system creates and produces antibodies massively against them. Therefore blood is categorized by:

Agrarian: A

Nomadic: B

New: AB

Old: O

Blood type and food:

Some food contains carbohydrate-binding protein called lectin which is likely to bring out inflammations in the body, however in certain blood types it will cause mellowed reactions. Furthermore this means that you can be prone to specific illnesses and some other factors like weight gain, slow digestion and low in energy.

Every day and nonstop there is a chemical reaction in our bodies, such is digestion and blood type can make it different whether you digest slow or fast meaning that if your overall metabolism is slow you’ll gain weight faster and easier.

For blood type O it is recommended to eat: – High-protein food like meat and fish – Should not eat too much carb rich food

– Avoid dairy products

For blood type A it is recommended to eat:

– A lot of vegetable, should start a vegetarian diet
– Grains like legumes, beans etc.

For blood type B it is recommended to eat:

– Red Meat (avoid chicken)
– Fruits and vegetables

– Dairy products

For blood type AB it is recommended to eat:

– Lean meat – Dairy products – Seafood – Vegetables and legumes

Blood type and diseases:

Every blood type is different for the reason that of their antigens located on the surface of the red blood cells, therefore each blood type creates certain defenses to help fight diseases.

Blood type and persona:

Blood Type A individuals are calm people, bold and trustworthy, most of them are artistic, perfectionists, sensitive etc. Blood Type B individuals are goal focused on, strong minded, self-governing, can take care of themselves etc.

Blood Type AB individuals are outgoing, shy, tense, rely upon them, care for other people etc.

Blood Type O individuals are creative, outgoing, they are the initiators, very friendly and social, trust themselves, confidents etc.
Kindly note that as indicated by numerous nutritionists, there is insufficient fact-finding proof to sustain these cases, and in case you’re among the individuals who deal with their eating routine taking into account experimental confirmation, then you need to sit tight for more results to come up.
