3 natural tips to relieve painful periods

Every month, it’s the same story. As women, we have our periods. If it is very natural and completely normal, it is also often very painful. No need to stuff yourself with medication to relieve your period pain. Indeed, ladies, you can quite appeal to heat. What does this mean? Well, quite simply, you have to invest in a good hot water bottle. There are electric hot water bottles that can relieve you effectively. You will be able to put the hot water bottle directly on your stomach. The lower abdomen is particularly sensitive to heat, which helps relax muscles (including the uterus). You will find that your stomach aches will greatly lessen thanks to the hot water bottle. It is a natural trick and without any risk. Do not hesitate to test it.

Tip 2: Electrostimulation

To relieve painful periods you can also choose electrostimulation devices. Indeed, this device saves you from taking medication, and you will feel almost immediate relief. This is a very simple device to use since it is enough to place two electrodes on the lower belly or lower back. Just choose the place where you feel the most pain. Then you turn on the device and adjust the intensity of the pulsations. You will quickly find that your pain is relieved. Know that electrostimulation is a very effective technique that prevents transmitting the pain message to your brain. It is a natural technique, which will allow you to reduce or even completely reduce the pain related to menstruation. Finally, our last tip is related to essential oils. Indeed, some essential oil will calm you down and relieve very painful periods naturally. You can use antispasmodic essential oils orally or dermally. The most indicated essential oil to fight against menstrual pain remains the essential oil of tarragon. It is a reflex to have to treat your menstrual pain. Indeed, it has particularly powerful antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory effects. This allows you to limit the contractions of the uterus that occur during your period. Do not forget to dilute this essential oil in apricot kernel vegetable oil for example, then you can apply it in massage on painful areas 2 to 6 times a day. Orally, simply drop a drop of essential oil under the tongue or on a neutral tablet.
