Fresh orange juice is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants which will protect your blood vessels from damage and keep your blood pressure normal. According to research, only 2 glasses of orange juice a day will provide all the essential nutrients to the body and prevent heart disease.

  1. Nuts

Like salmon, nuts are also rich in fatty acids and unsaturated fats as well as healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Consuming them regularly will lower your cholesterol levels and improve your joint and heart health. Besides this, nuts will also boost your memory.
