The modern technology only contributes for people to avoid running because they can get faster and easier at the desired location with their cars. Dancing is one of the favorite methods of burning fat because it is fun thing to do. You can burn up to 443 calories per hour while dancing.

This is also one of the fun things to be done. You will increase the adrenaline levels in your body. You will be able to burn 455 calories per hour by doing this amazing exercise.

This is another fun activity that you can do with your friends. Skating is very good substitution for running.

This might surprised you, but you are burning calories when you row, even though you are sitting. It burns an amazing 682 calories per hour! This is why the rowing is one of the most intensive and efficient workouts that you can add in your fitness regimen.

10 Boxing

Take the gloves and hit as harder you can. Boxing will make you tougher and fit in short period of time. You can burn 727 calories per hour in average boxing session.
