This diet is for detoxification and weight loss. There are steps to go by and follow and in 14 days your body will be detoxified and definitely you’ll lose weight.

Steps to follow:

Day 1:

1 lemon juice mixed with 1 cup of fresh water.

Day 2:

2 lemons juice mixed with 2 cups of fresh water.

Day 3:

3 lemons juice mixed with 3 cups of fresh water.

Day 4:

4 lemons juice mixed with 4 cups of fresh water.

Day 5:

5 lemons juice  mixed with 5 cups of fresh water.

Day 6:

6 lemons juice mixed with 6 cups of fresh water.

Day 7:

3 lemons juice mixed with 10 cups of fresh water (add 1 tbsp. of honey and drink the mix during the day).

Day 8:

6 lemons juice mixed with 6 cups of fresh water.

Day 9:

5 lemons juice mixed with 5 cups of fresh water.

Day 10:

4 lemons juice mixed with 4 cups of fresh water.

Day 11:

3 lemons juice mixed with 3 cups of fresh water.

Day 12:

2 lemons juice mixed with 2 cups of fresh water.

Day 13:

1 lemon juice mixed with 1 cup of fresh water.

Day 14:

3 lemons juice mixed with 10 cups of fresh water (add 1 tbsp. of honey and drink the mix during the day).

The drink should be consumed in one go, but if it is hard for you to drink all at once, drink as much as you can and leave the rest for later. Make sure to drink it one hour before meal at least.

    Is it the lemon juice from the lemon it self or from the bottle

    Would it still work if you used lime juice instead of lemon juice? Would it have the same affect or different one?

    Halfway through this diet. Observations: lemon water corrodes teeth/gums (use a straw and rinse after drinking lemon water), when I used lemon juice from concentrate, it burned my throat (use fresh squeezed lemons and/or “not from concentrate” lemon juice) (I used half and half each day cuz I’m lazy and usually rushed). Note: 1 lemon = 2-3tbsp juice. I have used this diet somewhat loosely and still have lost 4lbs. I have also lost my sugar cravings and my tendency to overeat. With this, I am content and glad to follow through the remaining days til done. Will update in a week.
